Formative Tech Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company dedicated to micro injection molding, micro injection moulding and multi-component injection molding solutions. We support customers who require compact, precise and practical molding solutions for small, high-value plastic components.
Since 2012, Formative Tech has been appointed as the exclusive Southeast Asia distributor for Babyplast micro injection molding machines, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and Laos.
Formative Tech is ISO 9001 certified and focuses on providing reliable engineering support, practical application review and quality service for customers in precision plastic molding, prototype development and Babyplast machine applications.
Our core team has more than 30 years of experience in high precision plastic injection molds, precision injection molding and engineering plastic component manufacturing. We also have more than 14 years of hands-on experience in micro molding and Babyplast applications.

LNE Holdings Pte Ltd, through its precision engineering companies, provides tooling, molding and engineering support to Formative Tech and Babyplast customers. This support network strengthens our capability to assist customers beyond machine supply, especially for projects requiring mold fabrication, molding trials, prototype development, small batch production or scalable manufacturing support.
LNE Precision Engineering provides mold fabrication, precision molding and engineering support, helping customers move from early product development to practical production implementation. This gives Formative Tech stronger capability to support customers beyond machine supply, especially for projects requiring tooling, process review, prototype molding, low-volume production or production scalability.
LNE Precision Engineering (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 14000 standards, supporting quality management, automotive manufacturing requirements, medical device manufacturing support and environmental management. This strengthens our ability to support customers from regulated and high precision industries.
Our affiliated Shanghai production facility is equipped with a range of injection molding machines from 6 ton to 100 ton, including electric and hydraulic injection molding machines. The facility also operates more than 20 Babyplast micro injection molding machines to support precision micro molding and mass production applications.
The Shanghai facility supports production in a controlled cleanroom environment for applications requiring particle and microbiological contamination control. This is especially useful for medical, healthcare, electronics and high precision plastic component applications where cleanliness, process control and production consistency are important.
This practical production experience gives Formative Tech stronger technical know-how when supporting Babyplast machine customers in Southeast Asia. It also allows us to support customers from application review, machine selection and mold concept discussion to tooling, molding, production trials and scalable manufacturing support.
Babyplast and Precision Molding Solutions
Babyplast micro injection molding machines and Babyplast UAI independent injection units are suitable for micro molding, small precision parts, 2K molding, 3K molding, overmolding, LSR molding and multi-component injection molding applications.
Babyplast is available in horizontal, vertical, hybrid and UAI add-on injection unit configurations. Hybrid versions are also available for horizontal machines, vertical machines and UAI solutions, giving customers flexibility to select the most suitable system for their application, production layout and process requirement.
Together with Moretto material handling and drying solutions, our product and engineering support helps customers process engineering plastics, high-temperature materials, specialty materials and small precision molded components more efficiently.
