The Babyplast UAI Hybrid multi-component injection unit is designed for thermoplastics processing. The combination of electric speed and hydraulic power provides precision production performance. The smallest hybrid injection unit can be installed directly on the mould and a carriage that contains the proportional hydraulic unit and the control electronics. The connection to the main mould is simple and quick with the interface consisting of IN/OUT contacts with no voltage.

  • The completely autonomous Babyplast UAI injection unit converts any standard injection moulding machine to 2k or multi-component injection moulding machine. Interface integration could be as easy as plug and play or via current-free contacts of the injection moulding machine.

Material like PP-PA-ABS to PC-PBT- POM-PPS-PEEK, including glass-filled materials. Rubbers(NBR), LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), Macro melt hot-melt material, metal (MIM),  ceramics (CIM) and wax.

  • The compact design reduces obstruction to other auxiliaries. The lightweight injection unit is easy to set up vertically or horizontally on mould or machine platen.
  • Integration with a customised injection press is possible on the assembly line is possible to reduce the production handling process.
  • The shot volume of less than 1 gram is possible with the unique plunger.
  • The highest precision quality parts are guaranteed with the pre-plastification plunger system. The slow material melting process resulted in no friction and no shear heat. One piston is used for all types of thermoplastic material.
